BEYOND BINGEING
YOUR PATH TO FOOD FREEDOM

1:1 Coaching for Women Ready to Break Free from Emotional & Binge Eating

If you find yourself eating (or drinking) to cope with stress, overwhelm, loneliness, or exhaustion - you are not broken and you are not alone.
Many women know what to eat. The struggle is staying consistent when life feels hard.
I understand this deeply because I have lived it. After years trapped in the binge–restrict cycle, I now help women heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves without extreme diets or willpower battles.
This is not about control. It’s about freedom.
This Programme is for you if…
You feel stuck in cycles of overeating, restricting, and guilt
Food feels like comfort, reward, or escape
You “start again” every Monday
Stress or emotions trigger eating you don’t feel in control of
You are exhausted by dieting and self-criticism
You want a calm, sustainable relationship with food

FAQs
What if I binge during the programme?

Lapses are a normal part of behaviour change and not a failure. You will learn how to respond with understanding rather than self-criticism, which is key to breaking the cycle.
What if I’ve tried everything before?
Many clients come to this work after years of dieting, willpower strategies, or self-help approaches.
This programme focuses on the underlying drivers of binge and emotional eating and rewiring years of habit loops. No willpower strategies!
Do I have to follow a strict meal plan or diet?
No. This is not a diet programme.
We work toward balanced, flexible eating that supports your physical and emotional needs without rigid rules, restriction, or “starting over.”
Will I gain weight?

Weight changes vary from person to person. The focus of this programme is stabilising eating patterns, reducing binge episodes, and improving your relationship with food, not forcing weight loss or gain. Many women find that as binge–restrict cycles settle, their body gradually moves toward a more stable, sustainable place.
Do I need to have an eating disorder diagnosis?

No. You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from support.
Many women struggle with emotional or binge eating without meeting criteria for a clinical eating disorder.
If additional specialist support would be more appropriate, I will always signpost you accordingly.
